St. Augustine’s is a two-form entry, Roman Catholic Primary School for pupils aged 4-11. Within our school, we seek to create a friendly and supportive environment, where each child has the opportunity to develop spiritually, intellectually and socially. We encourage the children to aim for the highest possible standards in all that they do. We know that all children are unique and by working in partnership with you, we want them to reach their full potential and discover all their gifts and talents!
As a faith school, the catholic ethos is at the heart of all that we do. Our mission statement is:
‘Joyfully, we at St. Augustine’s Catholic School, celebrate our love for God, our love for ourselves and our love for each other as we play, learn and pray together.’
Our Vision is 'To be the best we can be'
The last Ofsted report (November 2011), describes St. Augustine’s Catholic Primary as, ‘… an outstanding school where pupils get an excellent start to their education.’
We are an inclusive school and support for pupils with additional needs. Please see our SEND information click here
If you are a prospective parent, please contact the school office to make an appointment. We always warmly welcome visitors to our lovely school.
Yours sincerely,
Mrs. Alison Walsh (Headteacher)
